“...a fantastic meeting place for the events industry to recognise and celebrate the achievements of this dynamic group of people.”
Isobel Peck, Chief Marketing Officer, Informa

The deadline for entries into the Conference Awards 2012 has now passed and the shortlist has been announced. We have received a record number of entries this year so the task facing our distinguished panel of judges is tougher than ever.

The 2012 Awards ceremony will be held at The Brewery, London EC1Y on Friday 15th June. Book your place at the cermony here.

Once again we have gathered together a distinguished panel of judges including Peter Rigby, Andrew Brown and Greg Hitchen, CEOs of Informa, WTG and Terrapinn respectively. With decades of experience between them these judges are ideally qualified to assess the quality entries we have received.

The awards ceremony itself will be held at the Brewery who along with Hiscox MCL and JLA are headline sponsors of the Conference Awards 2012

The host at our lunchtime awards ceremony on Friday 15th June will be Nick Hewer from the Apprentice and Countdown. It promises to be another exciting and highly enjoyable afternoon.

The Conference Awards have become an established fixture in the calendar for the vast majority of UK based commercial conference organising companies. The first event hosted by Ruby Wax in 2010 attracted over 400 attendees, the second with Michael Portillo as compere saw over 550 participants and in 2012 we anticipate further growth as competition for the coveted trophies intensifies.
