What the Judges are looking for:

This award will be given to the customer service team delivering outstanding service on one particular event or a series of events. Judges will be impressed by teams able to show the following:

Outstanding feedback from delegates, speakers and sponsors on the event(s) they have been involved with
The ability to deliver excellent service on a relatively complex event or in a difficult market
Excellence and commitment to customer service throughout the whole team
Innovative approaches to customer service
Ongoing measurement and management of customer service
