What the Judges are looking for:

Please note that this category is designed for companies who organise conferences rather than venues who host the events.

This award will be given to the operations team delivering outstanding results on one particular event or a series of events. Judges will be impressed by teams able to show the following:

Outstanding feedback from attendees on the event(s) they have organised
The ability to deliver a relatively complex event or series of events
Strong negotiation skills and proven cost cutting initiatives
Ability to react to unforeseen or challenging circumstances
Novel approaches to the organisation of the event(s) on the use of space, use of networking technology, branding etc.
Strong relationships with all suppliers
