Award Rules
- All categories are awarded based on the decision of our independent panel of judges.
- The winners will be announced and their awards will be presented on stage at the Conference Awards ceremony to be held June 15th 2012.
- Entries are open from Wednesday December 1st 2011 until 5pm Friday 24th February 2012.
- Entries are accepted from individuals or companies involved with all aspects of commercial conferences including seminars, roundtables, summits, conferences, training courses, networking events, awards, forums.
- Entries can be for any events which have taken place between 1st January 2011 and 31st March 2012.
- There are no geographical restrictions regarding entries. The events could be held anywhere and organised from any country worldwide.
- The deadline for all entries is 5pm Friday 24th February 2012.
- Shortlisted entrants will be notified week commencing 16th April 2012.
- The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony at The Brewery on Friday 15th June 2011.
- A campaign may be entered in more than one category, but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form and the entry fee. There is no limit to the number of entries one company can make.
- Judges reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.
- The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.
- Judges will absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest.
- All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public.
- The entry fee is non refundable.
- Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the Award was won.
- The entry fee must accompany the entry. Entries received without payment will not be judged.
