Headline Sponsorship
Headline sponsors of the Conference Awards 2012 will benefit from:
Pre-event:
- Your logo with hyperlink in a premium position on event website which attracts
more than 50,000 visitors per annum
- 100 word profile on awards website
- Feature on any advertisements and all printed promotional material
- Reference to your company in all email communications
- Your logo on tickets issued to all attendees
- Your name in all press releases pre and post event
Awards Presentation Event/Dinner:
- Your logo to appear throughout AV presentation of Awards
- Reference to sponsor in Awards presentation script
- Full page advertisement in Awards programme/winners booklet
- You will present one of the trophies to the winner of a category of your
choice
- A table of 10 places at Awards Reception & Dinner (value over £2,000)
for your team and/or major prospects and clients
- Your logo on menu card – all tables
Post Awards:
- 1 x Mailshot or email to all attendees
- Photographs, logos, reference etc. to the sponsor in the official “Awards
Review”
- Reference/logos in all other post event promotion/editorial coverage/press releases
- 1st option to renew sponsorship of category for 2013 Awards
- The opportunity for a short promotional film to be made showing you being interviewed at the Awards ceremony, plus footage of your products/services produced by our TV partner.
Award Category Sponsorship
Pre-event:
- Logo, link and 100 words on awards website
- Branding as “Award Sponsor” of The Conference Awards on printed promotional
material
- Reference as “Sponsor” in email communications and press releases
- Use of logo to announce involvement in the Awards as a sponsor
Awards Presentation Lunch:
- Logo to appear in AV presentation of Awards
- Logo on signage in reception area for the awards
- Reference to sponsor in Awards presentation script
- Presentation of an Award in the chosen sponsorship category
- Half page advertisement in Awards programme/winners booklet
- 3 places at Awards lunch on 15th of June 2012
Post Awards:
